we can end alot of crime by providing a home for those in trouble who may or may not of lost everything they own or have to drugs or alcohol .these people are only a small percentage of american society and have been since the dawn of time .SOcial misfits misunderstood or not they have provided america with a group of people that are looked passed today as many working americans fall into that category .ITS difficult to say just how much of the 50 billion petty and not so petty theft costs america .BUT in-order for some people to pay the rent it's a way of life till they are caught and then the kids got to social services or other family members will mommy or dad spend six moths or a couple of years in jail at a cost of 20,000 a year .INSTEAD of making funds easily available to those in need we put huge restrictions in place .making you feel like a criminal for asking for some charity to tide you over a ruff patch .
