No. That email originally went out in 2003 when it was probably true. The email keeps going around.

I got an e-mail stating that we will be able to see Mars for the whole month of August. Some days it will be brighter than others. I guess we just have to wait and see.

This email is a hoax. If you could see mars with the naked eye we would all be in deep shite.
