it is connected with good and bad deeds:
if good people who pay the tax and work hard for money do not receive any reward for their good job, why should they work at all?
if somebody says that they do not deserve to be given any money, should they take the justice in their own hands?
if according to some of you, some people are doomed, why should they work for better society when you do not respect them?

The reward for our jobs is not always in the form of money. It's more the self-fulfillment, the sense of usefulness, the feeling of power that we've got when we work. It's the feeling that we've got a position in society, that we're somewhat valuable to our companies and/or customers. It's part of building our identity, and ultimately, life. Sure, I need and want the money, but I wouldn't say that's the main reason people are working. I would also like some holiday every now and then, but too much time doing nothing always gets me depressed.

From you question, if people DO work for MONEY, then this is my answers for your questions.

first question: no, they should not.
second: no, they should not.
third: what's the meaning of your 'justice' anyway?
fourth: why not? they are part of the society themselves. The better the society, the better quality of life they will have. Isn't it?

It's not about money, reward, respect, or others people point of view. It's about their own fulfillment, the development of their soul, to reach the higher level of wisdom.

Go get some experiments about your skepticism. Do some action and learn from it, some answer may be only found in experiencing.

That's the best way to find it out.
