5 mile run every other day, and on the days I'm not running, I do 100 situps/crunches with weights, and then I sometimes lift like 25 pounds, to the beat of my Ipod... :)

1000 crunches a day 42 crunches an hour for a month then i stop for 2 months and start up again keeps me fit 128lbs 5'5
