I think that is the hottest piercing a girl can have. I love seein an attractive girl showing some stomach and having a pierced belly button. So hot.

A sexy belly button is good to look at, if the girl has it pierced then it draws the eye to it and is therefore more attractive. A grossly overweight belly button is not attractive and I would prefer if my eye was not drawn towards it. Horses for courses as they say.

I think girls with pierced belly buttons look really sexy as long as the girls have a sexy body to go with it. If you have a fat belly forget it a real turn off.

They can be, but like some people have already said it depends on who's wearing it. What's worse than a flabby belly hanging out? A flabby belly with something shiny flashing every now and then.
They can be nice on a 'fit' girl.

Are they attractive? In a word yes. But it goes way beyond that when i see a girl cute little navel with that shiny little piece of metal going through the upper lip it send unexplainable feelings and urges throughtout my body. I want her, i need her. So are they attractive. oh yes. I think all girls with a cute little innie should have one.

If you have a nice body, a definite plus. If not, cover your fat belly up. It can't make a girl hot, just add to hottness.
