wear dark wash jeans and wear a top that has the same color tan in it as the shoes.

those shoes are casual enough, so don't worry about being dressy& they will be perfect with jeans...you can wear any kind of shirt with them...for me it would be nice that the shirt has similar color with that of the shoes...and the choice of the shirt also depends on the occasion...
