I have a co-worker who has a huge mole in her face slighly on top of her lips. Whenever she talks, I really don't hear what she says because I just stare at her mole while it wiggles. I think her mole has powers because it's very hypnotizing how it moves. How do i break the spell?

Try looking at her eyes in polite glances. Then look away then look back ...at her eyes not her mole. I knew someone who had a mole on her face. They do have scary powers.
You could also use the cheerleader trick look just above her hairline ...looks like you are making eye contact but you arent. And actually listen to what she says that might keep you from concentrating on the mole.

When you are talking to someone and making eye contact, the ideal place to look is either in their right eye, or the space above the nose between their eyes- this lets them know that they have your complete, undivided attention.

I think it is just about impossible...unless you look at the top of her head of something....focus above her face....but that is hard to do!!
