Is he just typically a negative person & using this as a catalyst for being so? Our political views are very different & I always try to respect someone elses opinions & views however his are obsessive. Every discussion seems to take a turn in that direction & then he's off on a tangent & only 10% of what he's talking about seems valid. The rest just seems like it's something to gripe about & makes no sense whatsoever.

perhaps you should turn him onto other ways of looking at life rather than political views. it goes no were.

that usually what happens when you try to understand and learn about politics. HE cares about America and there is nothing bad about that, some people are more passionate about changes and also in pointing out faults than the others who blindly follow without giving it another thought.,
