Frequent masturbation and ejaculation stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions excessively, resulting in the over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Abundant and unusually amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic. In other words, there is a big change of body chemistry when one excessively pratices masturbation.
Note: Masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviors, when over practiced or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances.
The side effects of such changes to the body include:
Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time
Lower back pain
Stress / Anxiety
Thinning hair / Hair Loss
Soft / Weak Erection
Premature Ejaculation
Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
Groin / Testicular Pain
Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone
If above symptoms are experienced, you need to restore the balance of brain's acetylcholine / parasympathetic ratio, reduces the level of sex hormones in the body, and sedates sympathetic nervous function, or the symptoms would become worse.

Masturbation has not been shown to cause any medical conditions. Excessive masturbation can lead to a sore penis, but that's about it. Some scientists claim that masturbation is actually physically and mentally healthy as it releases a build up of excess hormones that can be very distracting, like getting wood in the middle of an important test etc. It makes your heart beat faster and you use your arm muscles, so it can't be all bad. Don't believe any of the myths. You won't grow hair on your hands and it won't fall off. Enjoy the natural pleasure you were born with and do it as often as you like!

Masturbation = good.
It releases dopamine in your brain which elevates your mood, it increases your heart rate and gives you a bit of a cardio-pulmonary work out, it exercises all of your glands and muscles. It teaches you about your body and how it works. I am sure that it does a lot of other great things as well.
If you don’t masturbate, you are depriving yourself of a LOT of benefits.
Masturbating effects our health in a variety of beneficial ways – not masturbating is what could be harmful.
