There are groups out there that put thought provoking words on wall ,things like that to manipulate communities but in a good way. anyone know these people ?

Yahoo do it on the answers site all the time, it comes in the form of extermely quick messages saying answer answer answer very quickly ... Allegedly ... ;-) ...
Other froms are election manifesto's, the printed paper has special 'qualities' that beam messages to the backs of your eyes ... allegedly ...
MI5 do it through your fillings ... allegedly ... ;-) ...
Of course I cannot in any way verify or corroberate anything I have said above, in fact it is all falsehood, and I am not really here at all either ...

Nearly everyone I, and you, know manipulates at some degree. It follows then that anyone with oversight of a community probably manipulates it at some point. Church leaders, politicians, company bosses, etc. (Even the BBC) :-P
The real test is WHY are they manipulating? What are they trying to achieve? What is their motivation.
