The questions chosen must follow the Answers Community Guidelines and they must be relatively new and open questions with little to no answers. This ensures that as many users as possible can answer them once they are featured.
The goal with Featured Questions is to increase the knowledge and awareness of the asker/user. Questions are chosen primarily for their experiential value (questions that can be answered by others with helpful observations, input, and opinions based on peoples’ personal experiences).
Questions with real-life informational needs that can be of value to all users are also featured. In addition, questions chosen are those that are fun, unique, and interesting!
