Yes, that is called a second cousin. This is how it goes, your mother's/father's sisters/brothers children would be your first cousins, and if they have children they would be the second cousin, and if they have children they would be your thrid and you can go on and on but many stop counting after the third.

It is your first cousin, once removed. Second cousins would share the same great grandparents (like your parents cousin's kids are your second cousins.)
In my family, we would call him your nephew, and he would call you an aunt/uncle to simplify things.

If your consin, is your 1st cousin. that would make there son 2nd. But, If your cousin is your 2nd cousin. That would make there son your 3rd cousin. It keeps on going.If it is your 1st cousin. there son would be your mom or dads . Great Nephew.
