Abel - I wouldn't do it if I were you. To the common person they're from the same manufacturer and if they're of the same dimensions then they fit. But to me - a manufacturing insider, you're asking for trouble.
The two vehicles are homologated as individual products meaning that the manufacturer has clearly indicated to the authorities that they are not in any way to be considered the same vehicle. The wheels that go onto a vehicle are specifically selected during the R&D of the product. Manufacturers don't buy off the rack so to speak. The vehicle will most likely experience an unusual phenomenon related to tire and wheel performance if you interchange wheels - brake failure in particular. Besides if you change the wheels your insurance is over. But if your argument was just to see whether or not the wheel fits then that's a different story.
