Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (German Measles, which it turns out is a totally different non-measles sort of illness).

Measles was pretty bad to have as a kid if what I heard from some of my aunts and uncles was right, but that is actually the least of the illnesses to worry about on that vaccine.
