At the season finale he's shown as surviving. So depending on how far ahead they show the series starting from the time of the finale, Flack should be recovering or have recovered.

DEFINITELY yes, Eddie Cahill who plays Flack is signed up for the full season three. The main cast is staying exactly the same for the next season. There is a new Detective played by Claire Forlani but at the moment it appears she's only in the first three epsiodes so I'm guessing thats how long Flack will take to recover, but I'm sure we'll see him in those eps recovering as well!

CSI Miami, 1st, CSI long island, 2d, never watch the different. i like David Caruso and the Miami putting, and its desirable in HD, I additionally sort of like the long island CSI, yet no longer conscious of the characters.
