what does being blind have to do with feeling? of course they can feel blue they just cant see it.

If you mean 'blue" as in sad, then yes. If you mean feel "blue" like the actual color, then the answer is still yes.

they can't sense blue extremely they create this is replace in feeling tasting and listening to issues in proportions we normals can in basic terms think of. so that they can't sense blue, they are able to sense better than you may think of my chum.

if you mean feeling of blue then yes. otherwise they can't see colors and illumination.
