i only have one good friend, its not my fault, all the other girls in my grade only think about themselves and are not my type at all!!!
what should i do?

It's fine. Just make friends with people you would like to be friends with. It doesn't matter how many you have, friends are valued for who they are.

It's a good thing that you have one good friend but even better if you have a few more because that one friend might need a break from you and feel like you are just around her too much so that's why it's good to have other friends. No one likes to feel "smothered" by their friends and that is a real possibility if you only have one.
Go out of you way to be friendly to the other girls and get to know them. You might find out that there may be a few among them that you can actually get along with whether they are your type or not.
What would you do if your one good friend fell out with you and wasn't speaking to you for awhile? What would you do if she moved away? Think about theses things! She's not gonna always be available to you, you know! So this is why you need more friends.

Thats not bad news at all. Just remember some people have no friends.
You have to understand that everyone is not worthy of being your friend.
I'm sure you have standards, and if other people don't live up to that then you don't have to force anything or anyone on yourself understand?
Just try to keep a few associates, you know...people you see here and there, not true friends you can trust all the time but associates have their moments when they seems to be good friends. So just try to build on that and do your best to keep the one friend you have.

It's only bad if you're the only one who can see that friend, and even then only if they make you do things to don't want to do. Otherwise, it's totally normal to have a few very close friends and a bunch of people that are friends but not the same way. Don't worry, you'll find more friends to have fun with.

We really only have a couple of really good friends in our lives. People tend to think that the more friends you have the better when in reality, do you honestly think all those people really like that one person? You are better off with one or two people that you know are a good friend rather then a couple dozen acquaintances that you can't trust.

No I think its not bad. Because I think 2 many friends is to much. I only have 2 real good friends but I try not 2 have a lot of friends. But Like you said that them girls are selfish and you shouldnt want not one around you like that. I think females are drama because 50/50 % too many females bring drama thats what I think.

Honey, it's not bad at all. Quality is better than quality when it comes to friends. Watch Mean Girls and you'll see. Why hang out with a bunch of "Plastics" who don't care about you when you can have one or two really good friends who you know will always take care of you no matter what!

for a long time I only had one good friend.. He's still like a brother to me. If you don't get along with the girls, don't forget the guys exist. A lot of my very best friends are guys. They are a lot easier to get along with than the girls. For the most part you don't have to worry about guys stabbing you in the back or stealing your boyfriend.

when school starts or now in the summer branch out and talk to other girls . you may find some similar interests. one good friend is awesome but the more the better. just dont lose your one friend!
think about this quote: "when someone hands you a lemon say 'i like lemons what else ya got'?"
be happy with one friend but strive for two friends!

I only have one friend too. Everyone at my school is all caught up in looks, and they judge eachother by how they look. Its better to have one really good friend than 10 shallow friends. Its defenatly not your fault. It wont matter how many freinds you have in the long run anyways!

One good friend is worth more than 100 not so good ones. Be nice to everyone but be careful who you let close to you. People can be mean and turn on you. So i for one, think you have 1 good friend more than most.
