As of now, due to the House of M storyline, Magneto is a human, and has no mutant powers.

In the House of M storyline, Mangus is human and has no more powers, but I still don't completely trust the guy *and I haven't since "The Trial of Gambit" in the comic many moons ago.

dragonfuror is correct. he is not an x-men enemy currently because his powers were stripped away by scarlet witch. he was recently possessed by the collective (xorn) in new avengers and the helicopter he was being taken to the hospital in exploded. his current status is unknown. tyope his name in here www.wikipedia.org for more info.

I dunno. For a while he was RUNNING the academy. *scratching head* It's been so long since I followed X-men...... was one of my favs. :)
Xavier mind wiped him later? And them he showed up as a younger viersion of himself? It's a convoluted mess. lol!
