I don't think you can post actual questions to JK on the site. The Rumors section is rumors from the media, not from individual readers. If you have questions, some good Harry potter sites are www.mugglenet.com and www.hp-lexicon.net. You can definitely email questions to the creators of those sites and they can answer them.

They can answer almost any Harry Potter question you have
