well those strips never work...the best way is to go parlour and have a professional remove it....otherwise u can use apricot or oatmeal scrubs which are commonly available in market... 1st take steam for about 15 minutes and then use scrub n massage it properly...steam opens the pores n make it easy to remove the blackheads but yes do use an astringent or toner after scrubbing lest it leaves the pores open....but i would still suggest get it removed 1ce from parlour n hen follow this regime to avoid reoccurance....the scrub also helps to remove dead skin n makes it real soft i use apricot scrub or Avon oil control 1ce a week n also get cleaning done from parlour 1ce a month.....hope it helps

A facialist can do extractions. Thats what I do. I go in about every 6-8 weeks.
I also use some skin care products that help -
www.dermalogica.com
Dermalogica Dermal Clay Cleanser
Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant (scrub)
plus a toner and moisturizer

Also try to do a mud mask once a week. Usually after a hot shower when your pores are steamed open.

If you can get a prescription from your doctor then DIFFEREN Gel works great as a gel you put on your face after washing it. Also, use Cetaphile Antibacterial face cleansing bar. If you can use the two products together they work great. ALso if you are a female and wear make up stay away from Mac. I use Clinique Oil Free make up. It's in bottle liquid foundation. It's called Stay- True Oil free foundation.

Facials and extractions are very good for your blackheads, but also get a good morsturizing lotion that has benzoaic acid in it. use it daily and also if you opt out the cheaper way get the oil of olay microderabrasion and mimi peel kit. it works wonders.

steam your face first...I use a hot wrung-out washcloth, drape that over my face (don't burn yourself obviously), let that sit for 30 seconds or so, then use the Biore strip.

You might have to use them more than once for really stubborn spots, repeat every 2-3 days (and not on sunburned skin!). And I find that plain ol' Noxema works really really well on keeping clear skin clear!

Get a facial and have the aesthetician do some extraction. It doesn't hurt that badly, and it should take care of the problem
