i'm mexican so i know what to put in them. depends on the taco but if its a hard taco i put it in this order: sour cream, lettuce, cheese and then salsa. on soft tacos with meat i'll put it in this order: lemon on the meat and then add cilantro, onions, and salsa.

It's really about the meat, I like shredded pork, with left over pernil (roast pork), ground beef, or shredded chicken - then you have toppings, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro salsa, jack or cheddar cheese, guacamole, and of course a good salsa & hot sauce
