I am throwing my sister a baby shower in September. Because this is her 2nd child, she just wants everyone to bring things like bottles, diapers, wipes, etc. I don't won't to be rude though. I need to cute wording for the invitation. We are calling it a "sprinkle" shower if that helps.

Please join us in welcoming the newest member of our familly, baby Nicole (or whatever).
Your presence is appreciated. We look forward to seeing you.
P.S. It's tacky to ask for gifts or steer people in a certain direction. UNLESS the person comes out and asks.
Many people, myself included, like to give lasting gifts, so they can look at it years from now and remember me. Who will remember a diaper?

Just have her register those items only...then put the name of the store she registered at on the invitation.
