I HATE that feeling, girl I know how you feel. I once had that butthole-hurting thingy and I tried goin to the bathroom to see if I'd feel better but it NEVER worked! The LEAST you can do is drink some hot-and I mean DRINK it while it's hot, REALLY hot, just try to, and btw is there any blood coming?
Cuz if there isn't, then this is what you need to do to get it out of your system and on the PAD!!! My mom told me to do that and it worked, and also that tea thing will get you sleepy, try to go to sleep after you drink like 5 cups of tea-peppermint tea works best. Hope this helps you. I feel so sorry for you.

Get some Midol.... serioulsy, it really does help, stay away from IBuprofen and motrin because they ten to thin the blood and can make your bleeding worse during this time "of the month".... Try to curl up with a hot water bottle or a heating pad on your stomach and keep your feet elevated as much as possible. This should help.

Go to the gyno. They can give you some birth control pills that regulate your period, and they help out alot with the cramps. I get bad cramps too, but I usually take Aleve for them. Good luck!

I have that too. Also, my legs would get so tired that I could barely walk. Take some type of medication like advil or midol and wear a heating -pad on your stomach (ThermaCare is available at your local drug stores).

practice drinking water and less caffeine like soda and coffee because that usually causes cramps and stay active, exercise can help with cramps also.

take tylenol (or pamprin~it's made for stuff like this), and put a hot water bottle right over your stomach. I do this every month, works like a charm.
