Sea World in Orlando, thay have a pool and you can touch the dolphins and even take a picture while doing it. Also here you can reserve an "encounter" in the dolphin cove or something called like that....

At SeaWorld you can go to the dolphin show, otherwise you can pay to swim in the dolphin tank with them.
