Ambien is availible by prescription only. I don't reccomend it though, once you start taking it, it becomes VERY addictive, and you need it to fall asleep. I've been hooked on it for 2 years. it really sucks not being able to fall asleep without it. Please seek other techniques such as relaxation techniques.

sure. prescribed drugs like Ambien are hypnotic tranquilizers that are ver effective and thoroughly unrelated to the over the counter sleep aids resembling drammamine which in simple terms make you drowsy and in contact. they're all undesirable for you yet dependence in basic terms happens in prescription drugs.

prescription only...but if you are looking for something OTC to help you sleep...try Benadryl or Tylenol PM
