Why am I a quitter?

Question

Everything I start, I don't finish it. Everything I sign up for, I don't go through with it and end up quitting. Why is this? Why do I quit everything I start? I really, really want to end that, HOW?

I must admit there are times when questions like this particular one gives me pause, or even shock. Many times, this is due to a lack of confidence. You need to believe you can follow through on every situation, completing each task.

You have low self esteem and no confidence in your ability to follow things through. It's there inside of you but you have to motivate yourself to tap into you rinner strength. You must start thinking positively that you can accomplish something and see it through to the end. Start with some small task and work up to bigger things once you feel good about what you started and finished. Don't lay a guilt trip on yourself if once in awhile you have a lapse and something doesn't turn out the way you want it to. Keep plugging away at things until your self esteem and confidence are at a all time high! Good luck!

Sometimes we quit because we are scared of failure. Sometimes we quit because we feel what we are doing is not valuable.
Sometimes we quit because we're bored.
Sometimes we quit because we are afraid of moderate success and what we really want is great success.

first you should start small . like brushing your teeth everyday then move up to something bigger . try that if that has no effect . then your f****d
