No I didn't do any internships, my college did'nt offer any. My gpa was 3.15, that does not classify as bad grades, however it could be better. This really cuts deep down to the core. I was always told to go to college an get a degree, now that I have one it is worth nothing. I see why people commit suicide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! that's a new one for me. A Bachelor's in Administration? Does your resume reflect your previous work experience, and related college course work? Did you submit professional college references or letter's of references from your Business college professors.
Are you dressing according to business code? suit and tie, white shirt, dark shoes, clean cut, hair cut...?
Have you gone on any previous interviews? Have you been networking with other people in the Bussiness administration field? How are you approaching these jobs? Do you communicate well?
It is hard to pin point what the problem is, as I can only guess, but if I were you, I would find out what companies or agencies are hiring, get all of their information such as the person's full name in the dept of personnel, the address, contact number, and position needed to be filled.
Then take your resume, and references and have them professional prepared. You need to write a cover letter as well, describing your interest in a particular position, and why you are qualified if selected as a future prospect. Cover letters play a major part in landing a job if it is presented in a professional manner.
Net work with Professors, students, and other people in the business field, ask your teacher's do they know of an company that is looking for graduates who are willing to be trained in the field. Ask student's that are in the business field, if they know of any leads that might land you an interview or position with a company. Do not be afraid to (NETWORK) word of mouth sometimes pull strings and opens doors.
Just because you have a degree, doesn't mean you automatically will get the job, you have to remember, there are other graduates who graduated from other colleges and universities with the same degree and may have performed an intership and landed a position with the company that way.
try career builders.com type you can submit your cover letter, and resume on their site, just register. If employer's are interested in you, they will call.
So, I wish you well on your continued search!

Business Administration is a pretty vague major. Do you have ambitions to be a part of a specific industry? If so, look at industry association websites. Often jobs are posted there.
Also, you have already graduated, but that doesn't necessarily disqualify you from internships. Again, check out websites for companies/organizations that you admire. You won't get paid very much (if anything), but you'll get valuable experience and contacts.
Look into temping to pay the bills. Temping is a good short-term solution, and it may be a way to get into a company from an entry-level position.
Re-evaluate your resume and interviewing skills. Are you getting calls on your resume, but tanking during the interviews? Are you getting no responses to your resume at all? Find out why and fix those problems.

Something isn't right. Either your resume, your cover letter, your interviewing, you're underqualified for what you apply for, or over qualified. Really pretty tough to say.
Your particular degree, to a lot of us, or at least some, just says "I couldn't decide on any one field, or any one major, so I took the easy way out." No offense, but seriously. Pick a field. Major in it. It worked for a long time....
Take your resume to professionals and have them review it. I'm sure some of your college friends or even professors could give you some tips. Go to a temp agency. Think you're above it? Think again. They'll teach you how to interview. Call a few and see. Take a look at what you're applying for. Maybe you don't have the experience. Education is one thing, but hands on experience is pretty darn valuable. For example, you won't get a job in my office, regardless of education, without some experience and understanding of our particular field. Maybe you have to take a look at your expectations. You won't start out making 60k.
Edited to add: Relax. It takes time. The more professional of a job you want, the longer it takes to obtain. Just keep interviewing and applying. You'll develop a lot of interviewing skills through the experience, provided you review each interview, remember what they asked, etc. It doesn't come overnight.

I'm in HR and I can't believe you're having such a hard time. With a 3.0+ GPA, you should be able to find something. I know Philly is not a huge marketplace, but...
Have you tried Monster, CareerBuilder, HotJobs, etc?
Don't forget to apply with the temp. agencies. A lot of companies are doing the temp-to-perm thing.

Usually it means you didn't excel at internships in college, didn't have great grades, didn't impress your professors, didn't work at similar jobs in college, and didn't do the things it takes to get a good job. college degree by itself will not do it. nope.
it's like saying "i brushed my hair, and i can't find a husband"
