How huge is huge? Enough to destroy humanity, you mean?
Perhaps sometime in the next few millennia, though it's impossible to say. As for where it will hit, the odds are that it would strike in the Atlantic or Pacific oceans since 2/3 of the Earth is covered by water.

It's not going to hit - but come real close. It's going to happen close to 2100. It will cause polar shift with ice and continent shifts that may cause another worldwide flood.
