This question is only with your opinion. I just want to see the majority's answer to this question. I want to know if you think that it was Ben Roethlisberger's fault because he went when he shouldnt have or if it was the lady's fault for going when she shouldnt have or any other opinions that you have.

The accident was the woman's fault, and she was cited for the accident. When I first heard about it, I told a friend of mine, "It's the darn Pittsburgh left"!, and it was. She turned left in front of him after the left arrow (her signal) had turned red, while he still had a green light to continue through the intersection.

The lady turned in front of him. He is not an idiot for not wearing a helmet it isn't against the law. Doctors said that if he was wearing a helmet his head would have been heavier and could have went through the windsheild and the cuts could have killed him. That isn't a reason not to wear a helmet but there is a reason for everything and I believe that is the reason he didn't have a helmet on. And yes he did have a motorcycle license just not a PA motorcycle license.

Without actually seeing the scene, I'll go out on a limb and fault the guy who rear-ended you, Fail to Control Speed.

She was at fault for the accident. But he was at fault for his injuries. Not wearing a helmet and riding a motercycle when his contract said he was not supposed to.

Both of their faults. The lady hit him but he wouldn't have had so much injury if he had a helmet on.
