I cant say Metallica would be everywhere as solid as purple floyd or led zeppelin. Led zeppelin had an incredible sound and sense, yet curiously a number of songs on there albums they didnt write (riffs) and maximum of there song is fueled by using medicine. i think of purple floyd became a much better band with greater helpful shape and killer guitar solos. purple floyd for me :)
