First, how do you know you are not pregnant? A home test can give a false negative...
If you are sure you are not (been to doctor), then you may just be going through alot of things:
heavy stress, extremely low body fat (gymnasts deal with this), menopause (don't know your age..but guessing this isn't it), weird irregular period cycle.
Go to a doctor if you haven't already.

If you have not had your period for two months, there are two possibilities (1)you are pregnant if you have had sex before it with your husband or with your boy friend if you still unmarried.
(2) you have some abnomality in your womb
So you must go to a gyn doctor as soon as possible to ascertain whether you are pregnant or you have a disease in your womb
It is better you check it early if you have something wrong. in your womb.

you need to have your doctor confirm that before you say you are not. Sometimes your hcg levels are not high enough to show on a home test. Then if that comes back neg. as well then your doctor will tell you what is up there can be many things wrong from cyst to ex... GOOD LUCK

You should go to the Dr., and also have you had much stress in your life lately? or have you been dieting? Sometimes that might be the reasons. How old are you? Maybe it's menopause. Are you sure you are not pregnant? well I hope it all works out for you. And please go see a Dr. that is probably the best thing to do.
Good Luck

I'm just guessing here, but it sounds like you are not ovulating maybe because of some hormonal imbalance? When you do not ovulate, you do not get your period. You should probably go to see a doctor for a blood test.

We cannot know. Go see your doctor. There are some things that can cause the period to stop but your doc can tell you for sure, and make sure it doesn't cause an issue with you trying to conceive.
