It may be that Dylan eats more than Cole! Or perhaps the producers on the show require that one twin look a little different so that the audience can tell the difference between the two!

Just b/c there are twins doesnt mean they always have to be the same in everyway, DUH! Maybe there's a deeper reason the other one is smaller some twins have medical problems and sometimes the other doesn't. I'm not saying that the "littler" one does b/c maybe he just plays more or eats less.

Just because they are identical twins doesn't mean they have to be perfectly identical at all times... sometimes it's better that way so people could tell them apart. He's still cute though.
