They're not hitting well as a team and the team ERA is the worst in the NL at 5.01. Without Lee, it's hard to see where they get their offense from. They only have three starters so far this year that have had more than 20 starts, so it appears that their rotation is not set.

All that said, they're still in contention, like everyone else in the NL except Pittsburgh, but they've got to play better away from Miller Park (18-32 on the road), especially as they have more road games left than home. Also doesn't help when they've lost 6 1-run games just since the All-Star break.

have you ever considered the Reds these days? it is not going to happen. The Cardinals and Reds are going to conquer the different communities in that branch up all 2nd a million/2. The Brewers dont have the pitching. they have 2 good to solid starters and a multitude everywhere else. Braun isnt going to be waiting to hold a team in that branch. as nicely Randy Wolf who's up and down, Gallardo is their in basic terms solid pitcher. beginning pitching wins video games no longer sluggers. Trevor Hoffman has been a catastrophe so a approaches and he's the saves king. cant win with out being waiting to close out video games

Not in 2006. They just traded their best hitter. What does that tell you? Besides you have that dopey Selig family running your team and they're clueless.

My sympathies but the days of Yount and Molitor are long gone. Enjoy the brats and Bernie Brewer.

the brewers said that the only way they would trade Carlos Lee is if they believed they were out of the playoff hunt, and they traded Lee.... so if the team doesnt even believe they can do it... they probably cant
