What is the ratio of hate generated terrorism to "terrorist-for-hire" terrorism?

Probably not many people who could answer this. I think about the daily life for middle east people. They have an economy, jobs, schools, etc and all seem to function in concert with the terrorism that occurs in their cities. Some of the "wars" in the middle east have been going on for years. How much of the hate for America is genuine hate, and why, and how much is bought. Does much of the terrorism in the middle east exist because someone is financing it and these people see it as a job that pays their bills?

And what about fear generated terrorism? How many of these people are active terrorist because they are afraid their friends or neighbors would kill them if they weren't?
