Would you move to a new town? Change jobs? End a relationship? Have plastic surgery? Buy a new car?

G'day Crooks Gap,

If it had to be one, I would enter a loving relationship.

However, that is easier said than done.

I hope everything is well with you.

Regards

There isn't any major change I can't make if I decided I wanted to do it. A new car? I can go get it. New town ... no sweat - I've done that a bunch of times. Change jobs ... maybe it is close to time to do it. End a relationship... well, I did that recently. Twice in the last 6 months, in fact. I love the skin God gave me, why add plastic to it?

I'm working on a home remodelling project and I decided to start playing golf. I've got friends who are at my level (no damn good) so we are going out together. I think the one regret I have in life ... serious regret .. is that I didn't keep playing piano. I started as a 12 yr old and had a really cute teacher once a week ... but I quit to devote every waking moment to playing basketball. That worked out just fine. I also got into the music gig through voice but today I am mesmerized by a beautiful antique Steinway ... I worship the ground upon which sits a Bosendorfer ... or a Bluhtner. The fusion of physical and musical art is overwhelming to me. And I really wonder if I could play Beethoven.

So maybe that is it ... buy a Bosendorfer and play Beethoven. Wait ... I have a brother who does that, and he got on NPR as an amatuer who plays piano for fun. Gotta think of something else.

Maybe I need to buy a 60s muscle car convertible.

I would move, get a job, start a relationship, have plastic surgery if i could afford it, and the same goes for a car.

I would probably move to another state. Maybe like Texas or somewhere in the east coast. I'm just tired of this place. I don't really mind that much meeting new people, because I've experienced that several times in my life already. I just feel like I don't really belong here and I should move somewhere else.

I would buckle down and go on a diet. I have put on about 40 pounds since I got married in March 05. I know my husband loves me the same, but I would feel better about myself & I know he would too. Plus my kids are starting to chunck up a bit & it would set a great example for them. If I could pick two things I would quit smoking. I know how bad for my health it is, but can't seem to kick the addiction, plus that too is setting a bad example for my kids. Thank you for making me think about what I need to change to be healthy. Great question!

I guess maybe it's time for me to change jobs.

As a CIA operative and assassin - well, you understand that although I am supposed to kill without remorse, sometimes I think it would be nice to have a simple job - working for an insurance company or something.
