Liv Tyler is pretty but overall appearance, Jolie is a lot prettier

I don't think Liv Tyler is all that pretty.
And as for Angelina Jolie, well she is a pretty woman to look at, BUT her "I'm the Queen of The Whole-Wide World" attitude makes her ugly.
And they both need to have something done with those lips! My gosh!

Jolie tries too hard to make her big lips bigger. She's self-conscious and looks like her dad. Liv Tyler's mouth is too wide. She seems classier but neither one is really "pretty!" A better question is: who's sexier! Most guys, including me until I realized how hard she tries,and who her Dad is, would choose Jolie. But there are far sexier women then those two.

having seen them both without makeup, I'd say Angelina Jolie has a more natural beauty. Liv is pretty damned hott but without the makeup she's kinda plain.

I think they are both pretty, but Angelina Jolie seems like a guy's dream, whereas Liv seems more like the pretty girl who's more acceptable to take home to Mom.
