First off, do not use any sort of alcohol on it. Nor should you use neosporin, as it will clog inside the piercing and, from lack of oxygen flow, may stimulate the growth of another infection. It will aggrivate the piercing. Instead, use a clean washrag soaked in a solution of a quarter teaspoon of kosher or sea salt dissolved in a glass of warm water and gently compress and massage the site. Second, use an anti-bacterial/anti-microbial liquid soap, and using a cotton swab, gently wash around the area on both sides of the piercing, and wash off with (preferably purified) water. Do each of those once a day. After washing your hands with above mentioned soap, gently massage the knot for a few minutes at least every day (whenever you get free time throughout the day is a good idea as well, but don't overdo it), and in time, it should go down.
If the knot does not go down, you should go to your local professional piercer for advice, and if he can't give anything beyond what I just told you, you can either 1.) go to the doctor and have it lanced [preferable choice] or 2.) deal with it. It's probably no longer infectious (assuing there is no more blood or pus oozing from it), but the fact that you got it repierced so quickly after the initial piercing and infection probably tore a large amount of flesh in that area and it's all condensed now. It really should be taken care of, however, or else in the long run, that little knot may grow in size from any little injury to the ear (including the removal and replacing of jewelry), and may be prone to further infection.

Where did you get pierced? No piercer with half a brain would tell you to use alcohol on a piercing.
A "knot" on the back of your piercing is not an infection. It is a ball of scar tissue which leads me to think you let some 16year old in the mall put a gun stud through your body. Those cause blunt force trauma and make healing a real nightmare if it heals at all.
You should use a mild antibacterial soap to wash it twice daily.
If it is possible, go to a real piercer and have them change your jewelry to something implant grade and size appropriate.

Sweet oil works the best. Once the infection is gone keep sweet oil on it for a few weeks. You can buy it at any drug store. It works great. Most peircing's get sore and infected because they get too dry and then when you try to turn them it tears. I have 5 and this is all I've ever used. Never had an infection. The only one I didn't use it for is my tongue ring. Obviously didn't need it there. I hope this helps.

I have had bad experiences with using alcohol to clean my piercings. I use peroxide, and that works just as well, plus it doesnt burn nearly as bad, and it seems to cut the pain and infection down a lot.
Alcohol always seemed to make my piercings hurt worse, I don't know if it was because it dried the wound out or what, but it made it worse.
Try the peroxide, and see how it works out for you.

Rubbing alcohol is very BAD. It won't heal as fast. Use H2Ocean or sea salt to clean it. Don't play with it. I took advil when I got my industrial, and it really helped.

Rubbing alcohol is good, and DO NOT TOUCH IT even by mistake. It makes the whole thing so much worse.
