i tried entering my pets name but i forgotwhat i entered. How do i get it back

They should have a place on the sign in page where you can click... send me my password or something to that effect.
If all else fails, give them a call and explain it to them.
Or you could hire a psychic like me. Let's see, your password is:

Now you know why I was never a successful psychic.

Call them and have them give you a new password. Then when you get that. Email me. tell me the password and I'll keep track of it for you so this doesn't happen again.

just make a new account they give u more tan 1 free account. or u could just call Verizon at 1800VERIZON ask for tech support.
