There is a mute who wants to buy a toothbrush. ! By imitating the action
of brushing one's teeth, he successfully expresses himself to the
shopkeeper and the purchase is done.
Now if there is a blind man who wishes to buy a pair of sunglasses, how
should he express himself?

The blind man would be able to just tell the shopkeeper he wants sunglasses. The blind man should be able to speak.

He would ask, "May I buy a pair of sunglasses, please?" And the clerk would respond, "Sure they're right over there," instantly realizing his fatal error when he sees that the man has no vision. In a panic to recover, he asks, "What does a blind man need with sunglasses anyway?" The blind man will explain to the clerk the reasoning behind this and that the clerk is an idiot. The clerk will get angry, and the man will argue back, eventually being asked to leave. So at that point he must walk on to the next store and start all over again, hopefully with a more intelligent young clerk.

bunch of clever little wan kers are they!
This is a cool question,
A blind man (if he was mute and deaf as well, for arguments sake) would go in and poke his guide dog in the eye, that would make the dog then squint and bark allot and the shop assistant would go over and help the dog.
The blind man should then go and poke the shop assistant in the eye and then poke himself in the eye too...even the most brain dead shop assistant should spot he needs something to do with eyes and he must be blind....hmmm "Sunglasses maybe"
(or maybe boxing gloves...hahahahahahahahahahahah ho hum)

Well a blind man can speak. So he should just ask the store owner for sunglasses.
If he were blind and mute, he should hold his right hand up and spread it out like a sun, then cover his eyes with his left hand. This imitates shading your eyes from the sun.

Being blind doesn't mean that something is wrong with the voice. They just ask.
