The best things to do are wash your face once or twice a day and see a dermatologist if needed. You can also try to decrease stress in your life, avoid touching the places where acne develops on you, and (unfortunately) wait until puberty ends.
I had bad acne as a kid, and some medicines helped, though nothing turned out to be a "magic pill." Each person is different. Unfortunately, acne is just a part of puberty; and some people get it worse than others due to genetics. It's sad that our culture makes kids feel bad for having it.
