I haven't done anything with it in years, but am considering some projects that have been tumbling around in my mind. Do you have anything you're especially pleased with or proud of?

Batik is a method of dying cloth using wax to define the design. You put the wax where you DON'T want a particular color, then dye the cloth. Remove the wax completely, and place it where you don't want the next color - etc. Makes some amazing end products!

I have always wanted to but never got around to actually trying. I love batik dresses and skirts.

My daughter made a batik pillow years ago that I love. It amazes me the process and all.

Maybe one day I will take a class.
