In terms of fantasy points I would say:
RBs
1) Larry Johnson
2) Shaun Alexander
3) LaDanian Tomlinson
4) Rudi Johnson
5) Clinton Portis
WRs
1) Marvin Harrison
2) Terrell Owens
3) Chad Johnson
4) Steve Smith
5) Randy Moss
I don't take off field problems into consideration when dealing with fantasy rankings. It all depends on talent. For example...I feel that CJ is better than TO, but Johnson has another good WR on the field with him. Owens is the only good WR out there. So he will probably get more points as he is the only target for Bledsoe. These are the sort of factors I take into consideration when deciding on a top 5 list.

Say what you will about T.O., but the man is one of the best WR's in the game. Now take that simple fact with his desire to get back at the Eagles and the very fact that nearly everyone is expecting failure...T.O. will have one of the top 5 seasons for all WR's this year.
Last year, prior to his suspension, he was THE #1 Receiver in the game. I anticipate that this Cowboys marriage will be one of the best for both T.O. and the Cowboys.
Too much has been made of T.O.'s ego, with little mention about the dysfunction known as the Eagles. Keep in mind that everyone expected BP and Jerry Jones to divorce after one year...we are now entering year 4!!! Let's not forget the opinion that many had of Keyshawn, prior to coming to Dallas.
So again, go ahead and discount T.O., as a football player/Wide Receiver, he is no doubt one of the best in the game.
