I cannot wear long sleeves its to hott out. And a band-ain is not big enough.

BIG watch or bracelet
I always wear long sleeves no matter how hot
that's just my style
adopt it as yours and no one will question it after a while.
plus, that's how I hide my wrist tattoo when it's not "appropriate" to show it off.

If you are trying to hide a cut or burn you did yourself, you should seek help. I used to be a cutter, it's a serious problem. My best friend turned me in in 1993, when I was 13. I'm going to be 27 in a month and I haven't cut myself for a year and three months. It's a hard thing to stop doing but you need help and support to stop. Show it to someone you trust.

put a fake tattoo over it?
a large size bandage? like with gauze & tape
but you will still have to lie because there will be questions.
a sticker, like little kids play with?
paint your whole body so it will all be like that.
whatever you do, don't lie about it.
because you'll be in a deeper hole then
with the lie on top of whatever it is you're already hiding.

Depends on what part of the arm it's on. You could fake a sports injury .. get one of those big ace bandages or elbow or wrist braces.

just use an assortment of makeup. but it'd probably be a lot easier to just show what you're trying to hide.
