As far as Malaysia is concerned, actually very good. They don't have highly trained medical staffs, but they can save a life. Most provide some food if a family member is unable to take food. In this technology enriched society we find ourselves in, there will always be perplexities. Therefore, any answer may or may not meet your expectations.

Check the official statistics from Kementerian Perpaduan Negara dan Pembangunan Masyarakat (KPNPM) [Ministry of National Unity and Social Development], and Kementerian Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga dan Masyarakat [Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development]. This two ministry had been merged as the latter. I don't think the statistic is available from its official web site http://www.kpwkm.gov.my/

You need to go through proper channel when you wish to get such statistic. Make an appointment with one of the officers in KPWKM. I'm not sure if they will simply release such specific information to anyone in the public without understand what the information is going to be used for.
