He's been saying to these girls that he is single and wants to talk to them more. I've confronted him about this and he tells me that he loves me and only me, that I'm just overreacting. What should I do?

How can you be overreacting to a boyfriend that lies about your existence, carrying on with girls on line & asking for their phone numbers. Pumpkin, what do you think he's doing? Hear this part again: HE'S TELLING GIRLS HE IS SINGLE AND HE WANTS TO TALK TO THEM MORE. Are they exchanging recipes? Talking about fashion tips? And are still having sex with him? Because I have to say: HE'S TELLING GIRLS HE IS SINGLE AND WANTS TO TALK TO THEM MORE. Right there he's a liar, he's lying to them and he's lying to you. Save whatever self esteem you can muster at this point and get the hell out of there.

It could be due to the following reasons.
1) Men or women who are not satisfied with each other start searching for someone else. This is due to some expectations not being met or as to where the relationship is heading. This may be the beginning of the end of your relationship.
2) Men who are promiscuous have one girl and search for others. They like to cheat and make merry with other girls.
3) He may feel that you don't love him enough and he is trying to make you jealous and grab your attention. If he tells you about the other girls himself then that may be the case.

You can either A. tell him you will not put up with his BS and kick him to the curb OR
B. If you cant' beat him, join him. Let him know how it feels and do the same thing, talk to guys online (very openly, not in secret make sure he sees you doing it) and flirt your @ss off. Maybe then he'll see he's in the wrong.

Sit down with him and ask him where he sees your relationship going, if he can't give a good enough answer, then I think its up to you to decide how much time you can afford to invest in someone who won't invest it back, sorry its not a very upbeat answer, and I certainly don't think you are overreacting if he is telling them he is single x

Men by nature are flirts.... and we will be. You know your boyfriend better than anyone else. Good for you if you're the one he really chooses over the others. But the scary part of it is what if you're just one of the girls.... scary, right?
Know your boyfriend more. There's no substitute to having an open and honest relationship...

Get rid of him, and forget about him. He is obviously lieing if he is saying that to other girls. He isnt worth your time. Ditch him and move on before you get hurt. ****Find someone who knows how to be loyal and who will respect you, trust you and be honest with you.
