It is clear to me that right and wrong no longer excestise in today's society. We are still solving our problems with war instead of going after the real problem. War and violence are just symptoms. Israel is wrong Lebanon is wrong and America is wrong. It drives me crazy when people can say that civilians always die in wars and that just the way it is. It is so easy for us to say that because we have never see a real war fought on American soil. We haven not had to see our family blown up for someone else's "Ritechous" beliefs. If we start giving countries the thumbs up for war because we said it is "Right" what kind of message does that send the rest of the world. It is never right and should be stopped at all cost. God gave us a Human brain so we would be able to salve problems with our using our fists like all the other Animals do on the planet. Why don't we use them. This is 2006 and we still have not learned anything from history.

The Lebanese people voted hezbollah terrorists into the Lebanese gov't. Since the Lebanese people support hezbollah then they should not whine & cry because Israel is defending herself. Civilian deaths are a part of war. The Lebanese should just be damn happy that civilians aren't being targeted like they were in WWII. I could only the cries of foul play if Lebanese cities were carpet bombed or similiar other strategies.

Yes, of course they are. Why don't the civilians in Lebannon, or the military for that matter, take up arms against Hezbollah? Answer: because they agree with Hezbollah and hate the Jews. So, the consequence is they must suffer the wrath of the Israelis. Why don't they free the soliders and end their suffering???

The state of Israel is facing difficult and challenging days, as we fight for the safety and peace of our society. The war against the Iranian and Syrian Hezbollah terror gangs started 18 days ago, on an early Wednesday morning, when two IDF vehicles patrolling the border were deliberately attacked on Israeli soil. This attack on Israeli sovereign land was committed with no provocation. This attack was accompanied by salvos of rockets hitting Israeli towns and villages. The aftermath left 8 Soldiers dead and 2 kidnapped by Hezbollah terror gang.

Hezbollah claimed that the abduction of the soldiers was done in order to get Israel to release Lebanese citizens held in Israeli jails, mainly the terrorist Samir Kuntar. This "freedom fighter" serves 3 life sentences for murdering a whole family in cold blood back in 1979. [The Haran family, Father Danny (28) and his two daughters Einat (4) and Yael (2)].

The Government of Israel decided that this provocation will have its price and that Israel will not be taken hostage by a terror organization nor tolerate attacks on its citizens and soldiers.

It has been almost two weeks since the fighting has erupted. The Israeli Air Force launched more then 2000 air strikes against terror installations in Lebanon, the country that gives hospitality to terror. One of the most important goals was to level the nest of the terror gang in Southern Beirut to the ground. Hezbollah has shot more then 1000 Katyusha rockets against the civilian population in the Northern towns and cities of Israel. 20 soldiers and 17 Israeli citizens, (Jews and Arabs) were killed since Hezbollah initiated its provocation.

Again, there are demonstrations against Israel all over the world. Israel is accused for everything that is wrong and unjust. Those supporters of Islamic terror tend to forget that it is in a terrorist’s nature to use civilian population as human shields. The rising death toll on both sides serves Hezbollah’s purpose in the media. Hezbollah knows exactly what it is doing when it builds its headquarters in the middle of Lebanese cities, and when it fires rockets from the inside private homes, schools and mosques. "If you sleep with snakes, you can't be surprised when you finally get bitten."

The Israeli government has declared that it will not allow the terrorists to return to its borders, Hezbollah on the other hand has vowed to destroy Israel. Hezbollah is equipped and supported by Iran, whose leader claimed more than once that Israel has no right to exist and should be eliminated.

Only the future will tell in what shape this war will leave the Middle East and the world. The population of Israel is determined to suffer and bite lips in order to bring peace and stability once and for all. This is not only the battle of Israel, it is the main battle in the war of the Western free and democratic society against the evil dark forces that grew and developed in blackish holes of Damascus, Teheran and Baghdad. Their only goal is to destroy the western culture and society and to impose their shadowy and primitive values on us all.
