Can you be on the Depo shot, have your regular period and be pregnant all at the same time?

My wife has been on depo for just under 2 months now. She had a urine and blood test at her doctors office and both tested positive for her being pregnant. She just had her regular period. Can a woman be on Depo, have her regular period and still be pregnant?

Anything is possible. Check with your doctor. The only way you couldn't get pregnant is if you don't have sex. No birth control is 100% effective.
