For me I would say that a girl friend is what is considered temporary. A wife is the person that has more of a long term relationship that is cared for, loved and wanted until death do us part. UNLESS you just really get on each others nerves and want out. Oh, and wife you can not kick out of the relationship so easily. You try you hardest to work things out. Girl friend gets kicked out every argument or disagreement that happens.

there's a alot of diferents between girlfriend and wife. g/f is someone that u date ,wife i s the person that u really love don't get me wrong u love your girlfriend but the feelings are totally different.

the difference is, making the girl your wife is making legal and official. Giving the girl your last name makes the relationship complete.
