You need a long break... a vacation... I can't think of anything else...

If it gives you sympathy to tell you this, I've had the same sorrow before... But of course I wasn't sharing beds with him... but he was like my brother...

Hi, I am deeply sorry for your loss, I know something of what you are going through because I have been there myself. There really is not anything that I or anyone else can say that will stop the pain you feel right now. All I can say is pray, and ask the lord to give you the strength to get through this hard time. And please know that it will get better, just give it a little time, that's all that can take away the pain. I'm sorry I will pray for you, best wishes and good luck.

I'm so sorry for your loss. You should know it's alright to grieve. There's nothing wrong with that. Each person deals with these things differently. Trying to foget about it, joking around, wanting to be around people, wanting to be alone, crying all day. Anything is ok at a time like this. Maybe you need a hug. Is there anyone who could help you with that one?

Please contact me anytime if you feel like talking.

It takes time to recover from such a loss. Give your self time to work through the grief and loss. You may look into grief counseling.

I'm very sorry for your loss. Grieving takes time, as does adjusting to being 'alone'. But you aren't alone. Reach out to your family and friends to help see you through this. You could also try grief counseling.

I recently lost my grama, and it helped me to write her letters. I keep a notebook of letters to her. It helps me feel better because I can get my feelings off my chest. It's a peaceful feeling.
