I don't know, but what I really love is when you get some s**t head tyrant who's never been in a battle, but has like 40 pounds of medals on their chest. What did they do to get them? Do they have awards for "best water torturer '78", and "best groomed rottweiler at home" medals? I've always called them Mexican General awards.... I dunno, they make me laugh.

They are communists. Communists wear colors like brown or faded green, they have a certain look especially for leaders. If you've ever watched Seinfeld, Elaine figured out that her boyfriend was a communist based on what we wore (the same ol' colors and fabrics). When the president of North Korea was first elected we wore nice suits.

First of all, I disagree with your decision to make a blanket statements about their value (ie, calling them flat out "bad"). Second, I'd like to point out that one judges "crappy" clothing relatively; what's crappy to you isn't crappy to them. The reason you think it is probably stems from the fact that they're not American, and aren't trying to live up to the same standards of dress as you are. Either what they're wearing is appropriate for where they are, or they don't really give a **** what you think.
That'd be my guess, anyway.
